Quarter Final defeat
Playford were beaten at the quarter final stage of the League Cup by Brett Vale. Goals from Daryl Francis and Ellis Rowland were not enough to put them into a second semi final in two seasons. Goalkeeper Cameron Overett was voted man of the match by his team mates.

Bolton Awarded Third Man of the Match
Josh Bolton was voted man of the match for the third time this season. He collected the award for his performance against Taverners Reserves. Playford ran out 4-0 winners with Josh scoring two of the goals.

Rowland voted Man of the Match
Ellis Rowland picked up his first man of the match of the season in the game against Phoenix. He scored Playford’s only goal as they lost 3-1. Ethan Boswell made his first appearance for the club coming off the bench in the second half.

Johnson voted Man of the Match
Full-back Lee Johnson picked up the man of the match award for Playford’s 5-3 victory against Northam Celtic. Lee scored one of the five goals. He was narrowly voted ahead of double goal scorer Luke Coates. The other goals were scored by substitutes Jez Vince and Dan Smith.

Bolton voted Man of the Match
Josh Bolton scored twice as Playford beat Brett Vale 2-1 at Kesgrave High School. It was his second award of the season.

Will Gill makes 50th appearance

Five goals and five different scorers for Playford as they ran out 5-3 winners against Wincantion. Scorer of one of the five goals Grant Overett was selected by his team mates as man of the match.

Robinson voted Man of the Match
Club captain Jordan Robinson was voted Man of the Match for the 4-3 defeat by Langaurd Rovers. Langaurd had been beaten 23-0 by Playford at the beginnning of the season, this showing they have come a long way since then. Jones Voted Man of the Match
Rich Jones has been voted Man of the Match for the game away at Ipswich Athletic in January. Rich scored Playford first goal of 2024 and their only goal of the games as they were beaten 2-1. It takes his goal tally to 72 as he continues to close in on Julian Warth (74).
